Consulting Engineers of South Africa’s Young Professionals Forum (CESA YPF) comprises young leaders and volunteers who are passionate about the engineering industry and are committed to developing, growing, and promoting the profession, thereby ensuring the sustainability of engineering skills in the country.
CESA YPF membership is available to all qualified Young Professionals (YPs) in the engineering and built environment younger than 36 years of age.
CESA YPF objectives include the following:
- Promotion and creating an awareness of engineering and built environment careers, the consulting engineering industry, and CESA
- Retention of young professionals within the engineering industry
- Building capacity and knowledge amongst members of the YPF
- Sharing Information and networking
- Provision of a platform for engineering practitioners to support each other with professional registration
