About the YPF

The Young Professionals Forum (YPF) of Consulting Engineers South Africa (CESA) is a dynamic network of young professionals dedicated to advancing engineering excellence, supporting the development of future leaders, and contributing to the sustainability of South Africa's engineering sector. The YPF aligns with CESA's broader mission of promoting quality infrastructure, ethical leadership, transformation, skills development, and the long-term sustainability of the consulting engineering profession.

Membership is voluntary and primarily open to qualified engineering professionals under the age of 36 who are employed by CESA member firms. Participation in YPF activities, beyond its governance structures, is open to all young professionals under the age of 36 who are actively involved in the engineering and built environment industries.
